I expected a warm welcome but was met with rudeness at check-in. I asked for two bottles of water, just one more than allowed, and you'd think I was asking for gold! The breakfast was mediocre at best. My bill was also $20 higher, and I was kept on hold forever. Absolutely dismal service overall.

The hotel is fairly clean, the staff is helpful, and the room is reasonably spacious and huge. The breakfast is marvellous with lots of things to eat and drink. It boasts a great location; just next door to Needles and the river. The place to have dinner just a short walk away from the venue is Cook's Cuisine. Stay here and enjoy your Needles trip...

Traffic noise from I-40 and the nearby frontage road is quite intrusive!!! It would be ideal if some soundproofing measures could be considered for rooms!!! It would enhance the overall experience, especially at night.

Check-in was easy, and my room was super spacious with a fridge that actually froze my drinks! I loved unwinding in the cozy lounge and taking advantage of the outdoor seating area. The only downside was hearing some small dogs barking at night, but it didn't ruin my stay. Definitely recommend trying their breakfast options 😊
